Characteristics of an entrepreneur

The following are some of the characteristics of an entrepreneur

1. An entrepreneur is a visionary person who achieves his or her own dream. To be an entrepreneur, you must have a picture of what you want to do and how you will do it.
2. An entrepreneur has the ability to persuade others to buy the product or service he/she offers. It is good that your products or services are of good quality to attract customers to buy them.
3. An entrepreneur is a creative and innovative person who can address the challenges and solve the problems facing society.
4. An entrepreneur should be able to listen to his or her customers and serve them according to their needs. Additionally, he or she must have a passionate interest in learning from customers, employees, and competitors. When customers cannot find what they need in your business, they will go somewhere else.
5. He or she must be able to identify the needs of the community and fulfil them by establishing a business that will meet such needs. The entrepreneur should be able to find solutions to problems facing society. By doing so, he will improve people's lives by providing them with the needed services. Likewise, while the community gets the services, the entrepreneur earns money.
6. An entrepreneur is a person who dares to do something.
7. He or she is a person who has the courage to make timely decisions.
8. He or she is a person who is flexible. For example, when a business is small, he or she can work as a cashier, marketing officer, receptionist, or even a security guard for his business.
9. An entrepreneur is a hard worker. He or she does not need to be forced to do what he or she is supposed to do.
10. An entrepreneur always focuses on what is to be achieved in whatever circumstances.
