2. Format: They are usually written in a concise manner, without lengthy explanations or formalities.

3. Characteristics:

   • Short and direct: Messages do not include unnecessary details. The main information is conveyed immediately.
   • Written form: Unlike phone calls or online conversations, messages are written down, making them a one-way form of communication.
   • Immediate: The information is shared quickly, and the recipient can respond at their convenience.
