An accident is an unfortunate incident that:

• Happens unexpectedly and unintentionally
• Often results in damage or injury

3. Causes of the Accident:
   • Carelessness among drivers

   • Failure to observe road safety regulations
   • One of the drivers had no driving license
   • Over speeding
4. Consequences:
   • Loss of life

   • Some passengers lost important body organs

Measures to reduce road accidents

1. Install road signs in appropriate places
2. Punish drivers who break road safety regulations
3. Use speed governors in vehicles
4. Educate the public on road safety
5. Ensure all drivers are skilled and licensed
6. Traffic officers should inspect all cars and buses regularly
